Dear Dietz Floral,

Thank you for designing the beautiful flowers delivered to St. Joseph Church for Theresa Haidnick's funeral mass on October 18th, 2018. The flower arrangement was absolutely lovely, and could not have been prettier. It was the perfect floral centerpiece for the mass.

My Aunt Theresa loved flowers, and preffered them above all else for her holiday and birthday gifts. She would have loved your gorgeous arrangement. 

Thank you also for keeping the flowers refrigerated after the funeral and until burial. We placed the beautiful arrangement at the graveside service, and left it there after keeping a few roses and mums for rememberance.

I came across your business card, and I had totally forgotten to send this email to you. I requested your information from Sarah, because she went above and beyond for one of our brides here at the Sheraton Suites.

* I want to make sure you are aware of her outstanding service. *

This was a little while ago (end of summer). We had a bride who had a mishap with her flowers, some how their cake person mixed up the flowers that the bride advised her to use to decorate the cake. Instead of her using the extra flowers, she used the flowers for the actual bouquet of the bride and matron of honor. As you can imagine the bride was in tears, and was in a panic. I got in my car and drove to your flower shop (the closest one I could find) and when I explained the situation, Sarah immediately went to work to help me add flowers, and create an even better bouquet than the original.

I want you to know that we really appreciate her going the extra mile to re-wrap and stick all the pins that she could salvage back into the bouquet. I had to run up there twice, because we thought it was just the matrons, and when I got back to the hotel, my manager was standing outside with the brides bouquet that had been damaged also.

I got back to the hotel with 7 minutes to spare before the bride had to walk down the isle. She was so happy and grateful, and I want to tell Sarah how appreciative I am for her taking the time to help us make this ceremony a beautiful success.

Hospital on 23rd St. I had called you and asked if it could be delivered on Monday rather than (what the
computer said) on Tuesday. You called me back after talking with your delivery person. I am writing to
say Mahalo (that’s Thank You in Hawaiian) for such great service. My brother loved the ceramic pumpkin container and he said the flowers were arranged therein in one of the most unique bouquet he had ever seen in his 78 years of living. Thank you for the great service. One always orders “on line” with a fair amount of trepidation. I was so very pleased with your service and your special attention to my needs.
